Privacy Policy

Effective November 2026

Holistic Media LLC ("Holistic Media," "we," "us") is a media studio based in Louisville, Kentucky. This policy explains what information we collect through holistic.media, how we use it, and the choices you have. We keep it short because we collect very little.

What we collect

Information you send us. When you fill out our contact form, book a call, or email us, we receive what you choose to share: typically your name, email address, company, budget range, and details about your project.

Basic usage data. Like most websites, our host and any analytics tools we use may record standard technical information such as your browser type, device, pages visited, and approximate location based on IP address. We use this only in aggregate, to understand how the site is used.

Embedded video. Some pages include videos hosted by Vimeo. When you play one, Vimeo may collect information under its own privacy policy. We load these players with Vimeo's "do not track" setting where it's available.

How we use it

We use the information you send us to reply to you, scope and quote projects, and work with you if you become a client. We use usage data to keep the site working well. We don't sell your information, and we don't share it with anyone except the service providers who help us run the site and our business (such as our website host, email, form, and scheduling tools), who may only use it to provide those services to us.

Cookies

The site may use cookies or similar technologies that are needed for it to function, and, if we turn on analytics, cookies that help us count visits. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; the site will still work.

How long we keep it

We keep inquiry emails, form submissions, and booking details as long as they're useful for the conversation or project, and for our business records after that. If you'd like us to delete what you've sent, just ask.

Your choices

You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by sending a request through the contact form at holistic.media/contact. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under your state's privacy laws, and we'll honor those requests.

Children

This site is meant for businesses and adults. We don't knowingly collect information from children under 13.

Changes

If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
